Obviously with quad-channel you could go a little slower as you gain more bandwidth. All previously AGESA and newer firmware approved memories as we have tested should be fine to us.
It is however a new platform and chipset, hence please do give AMD and their motherboard partners a little time to iron out any inevitable bugs and launch issues but we haven't ran into anything significant enough really. When we stressed the processors with a Prime M run we reached roughly MSI Wireless Lan MEGA 180, that's low enough for what it needs to be.
Overall though, this is impressive to see with sixteen CPU cores, especially compared to what we have seen from Intel more recently. So yeah, these are a notch higher, but overall good enough values with this mega-core Threadripper product series.

This is the same for Threadripper. Apply a 40x multiplier. Use a voltage offset that gets you close or just at 1.
Be advised though, tweaking creates more heat and thus make sure you have enough cooling. We surely recommend some form of liquid cooling.
Obviously tweaking also will increase your power consumption when the PC is stressedplease do keep that in mind. One note here though, tweaking does remain to be a bit of a conundrum.
Of course, looks however are trivial and a subjective thing. The baseline performance is normal, the tweaking performance as expected and the memory runs great. SeeMoreDigital 4th April I see what you mean.
I too had an scart adaptor that would not work correctly. As the 'chroma' was connected to pins 13 and 15 of the scart.
But there are some out there that will do what you want. Or you could adapt it to work your self! The little s-video to composite connectors work pretty well I have some of these too but you may find that the colour becomes a little 'metalic' looking!
Sadly, this update is more like a general MSI Wireless Lan MEGA 180 about the MSI Mega, than a success report: After some toying around with it, i am pretty much back on the floor about the wonderful 'multimedia PC' hysteria, and i guess its mainly some specific features of the MSI Mega barebone that are responsible for that. Here my rant list: The built in radio receiver is shit.

- MSI MEGA - DT - no CPU - 0 MB Overview - CNET

- Mega 180 Deluxe Barebones System - Socket A
It cant even store radio stations, at least i couldnt find out how this can be done, as the manual of the unit seems to be hidden somewhere where normal people cant find it, even on the CD coming with it. Most buttons on the remote control are not working for the built in CD player, like direct track access by pressing '5' for track MSI Wireless Lan MEGA 180. It activates a strange sound processor called 'SRS' everytime you switch it on, sounds like complete shit voices move to the background, percussion gets over-hyped, all sounds super-echoic extra wideand you cant deactivate it by default, so you have to switch that off manually each time you power MSI Wireless Lan MEGA 180 unit up.
Maybe the option to permanently disable that is hidden in the BIOS setup??
